My name is Vicky and my company is Sinclair Customer Care Services.

I set up my own business during Covid, offering additional customer care services, a helping hand for the time that's needed to stay in touch with clients, a time that is sometimes difficult to find during busy days.

I have been in the print trade for over 23 years now, 12 of these as a family business with my son, 4 years working with Tradeprint,  I felt now was the time to put my knowledge and experience to good use doing something I enjoy and care about.

I have a strong work ethic for customer service and I have realised there is a large gap for businesses like yours to utilize a telesales person who has a knowledge of print products and service without the large costs associated with employing someone.
