Cold Calling

Lifting the telephone to a cold prospect is usually the definition of most people's nightmares, however, for me, it's something I actually enjoy. 

As part of my service offering, I can do this on behalf of your printing business to open up a line of communication between you and those businesses you wish to target.

List Building

Having an up-to-date list of businesses you'd like to reach out to is invaluable and provides you with real actionable data you can take advantage of. 

It can be used by a multitude of marketing disciplines ranging from outbound calling, email marketing, or direct mail. I can help you create these lists to aid your marketing efforts. 

Quote Follow Ups

A lot of time goes into pulling quotes together but once you send the quote to the client, the process isn't over. 

Many of my clients have seen a surge in their quote conversion rate by simply allowing me to follow up and help close the sale. 

Job Follow Ups

Not following up on jobs can often lead to an increase in customer churn rate. It's not uncommon to speak to a customer months after a job has been delivered, only to find out they were not happy with it and have actually since moved to a new printer. 

I can help reduce this churn by reaching out and if there are any issues, make sure they are handled promptly to keep the customer on side. 

Courtesy Calls

Many printers tend to only speak with perhaps the top 20% of their customer base and just assume that the other 80% will get in touch if they need anything printed. Sadly this is not the case. 

In some instances with clients I have worked with, we've seen as much as a 35% increase in sales by simply keeping in more regular contact with that 80%.

Credit Control

Chasing up outstanding debts can at times be uncomfortable, especially if you are trying to preserve your relationship with the client. In this instance, outsourcing the task of credit control removes that awkwardness.
